Before starting Owner Listing Services, I owned and operated Blaylocks All Task, a handyman and home improvement service in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I spent years repairing, cleaning, and preparing homes to sell - from rebuilding porches to adding thoughtful details that make a clear statement: This house has been taken care of - along with cleaning crawlspaces and making the small upgrades that quietly add real equity and value.

Time and time again I watched the same frustrating pattern: homeowners would invest significant time and money improving their properties, only for the largest single expense to be the traditional 6% realtor commission that took most of their hard-earned equity.

I've always wanted the very best outcome for my clients. That's why I created Owner Listing Services - to give homeowners professional marketing tools, expert guidance, and full control so they can sell smarter and keep far more of the equity they've worked so hard to build.

Will agents refuse to show my home if it's listed FSBO?

The 2024 NAR settlement changed the rules. Buyer's agents now work under explicit written agreements with their buyers and are compensated through those agreements. OLS helps you understand how to navigate buyer-agent conversations. Many buyers now shop independently before ever contacting an agent.

How do I price my home without access to the MLS?

Sellers have access to the same pricing data agents use - Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com all show recent sales. Pricing is a skill that can be learned with the right guidance. OLS teaches you how to read comparables, adjust for condition and features, and set a competitive price.

What happens if I make a mistake on the paperwork?
